Due to COVID-19, all items are final sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or hair.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
A refund will be issued to you if the item you ordered is out of stock based on high volume ordering and an accommodation sent via our email does not work for you.
